With online shopping on the rise, Caritas aimed to normalize and enhance online donations through their platform, making the process as simple and swift as executing a typical online transaction.

The approach

To encourage the adoption of online donating, we crafted two distinct campaign concepts, each featuring unique visuals, headlines, and dedicated landing pages. We deployed these campaigns over a four-week period, utilizing A/B testing through Facebook and Instagram Ads to evaluate their impact.

The results

We found dramatic performance differences between the the various ad creatives, ad formats and target groups. We were able to identify one combination performing over 40% better than the average, and over 410% better than the lowest performing combination.
