When Strategy Met Style
Strategie Austria (similar to the APG - Account Planning Group in other countries) is the driving force behind the emphasis on strategy in Austria, focusing on brand, marketing, and communication. With around 100 members, the organization offers free access to its high-caliber events featuring renowned speakers and panelists. The task was to revitalize the Strategie Austria website, making it a modern, streamlined platform that highlights their key offerings: events and member registration.
Preceding the project was a comprehensive rebranding effort, which we seamlessly transferred to the digital realm by developing a cohesive digital design system and creating an interactive experience. Our strategy focused on organizing the site’s primary content – events and member registration – to make them easily accessible and prominent. We integrated event registrations with Stripe for payments and Mailchimp for email management, fully automating the process. Additionally, the design, though not initially created by us, was meticulously optimized and applied to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal. The site was thoroughly restructured and cleaned up to improve navigation and overall user experience.
The transformed Strategie Austria website now stands as a beacon of modern web design in the strategy community. Its sleek, organized layout draws immediate attention to the core functions: event information and member sign-ups. The optimized design enhances the visual appeal while maintaining a professional and approachable feel. The migration from WordPress to Webflow significantly reduced the operational burden for Strategie Austria by up to 90%, allowing the organization to focus more on delivering value to its members. The project successfully modernized Strategie Austria’s digital presence, making it easier for members to engage with the organization’s offerings and reinforcing its role as a leader in brand, marketing, and communication strategy.
