In a world full of viewing options, TV-MEDIA stands out as Austria's definitive guide for TV schedules, movie tips, and show overviews. The challenge was to extend the utility and personalized browsing experience of the print magazine into an online platform, allowing users to easily discover and curate their future viewing experiences.
We conducted a deep dive into the user's needs to create an intuitive digital experience that reflects the magazine's comprehensive insights. A detailed sitemap and user-centric wireframes provided the foundation for a seamless transition to digital. This careful planning led to the development of a Figma prototype designed to dynamically adapt to user interactions and preferences.
With the new and scalable design system, as well as the adapted customer journey, users receive personalized suggestions, rather than having to waste time searching for movies, shows and recommendations. This solution clearly stands out from other players in the DACH Region.
